Online sessions are 50 minutes and done via Google Meets
Benefits of online therapy
It's convenient.
You can have a session from the comfort of your own home, office or even car!
There’s no travel time involved so you don't have to worry about traffic or road conditions.
If you travel a lot you can still attend sessions - from hotels, abroad, anywhere that has wifi.
Clients from anywhere in the UK can have sessions with me.
Things to be aware of
Confidentiality is essential to forming an open honest and non-judgemental environment for therapy to take place. Are you able to use your computer or phone somewhere private? Who else might be around and how might this affect how relaxed you’ll feel?
Working creatively is more difficult online - I can't provide pens/objects etc for you to use. There are ways around this though if working creatively is your thing, we’ll just have to..well, get creative!
